This policy explains how 2816449 Ontario Inc., operating as Waycred Automotive Products ("Waycred") handles information in the Waycred Order Portal (the "Portal"), an internal application used by Waycred staff and invited wholesale customers.
What we collect. Names and business email addresses of Portal users; customer company names and ship-to addresses; order details (part numbers, quantities, prices, purchase order numbers).
QuickBooks data. The Portal connects only to Waycred's own QuickBooks Online company. It reads customer names, items, classes and tax codes, and creates invoices for Waycred's orders. QuickBooks data is used only for this purpose.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, except service providers that host the Portal (Cloudflare) and Intuit QuickBooks, which Waycred already uses for its accounting.
Storage and security. Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to signed-in users according to their role. QuickBooks access tokens are stored on the server only and are never shown to users.
Retention. Order and invoice records are kept as long as needed for Waycred's business and legal record-keeping. A user's access is removed when they no longer need it.
