Waycred Order Portal · effective November 2, 2026
The Waycred Order Portal (the "Portal") is an internal business application owned and operated by 2816449 Ontario Inc., operating as Waycred Automotive Products ("Waycred").
Who may use it. The Portal is provided only to Waycred staff and to wholesale customers Waycred has invited. It is not offered to the public and is not sold or licensed to other businesses.
What it does. The Portal records wholesale orders, sends them to Waycred's warehouse, and creates invoices in Waycred's own QuickBooks Online company. It connects only to QuickBooks companies owned by Waycred.
Accounts. Users must keep their sign-in details private and use the Portal only for Waycred business. Waycred may suspend or remove access at any time.
No warranty. The Portal is provided as is. Waycred is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
